None at all. The majority of our members started with zero martial arts background. We have a dedicated fundamentals programme that takes you from your first day on the mats through to belt progression. Your first class is completely free — just show up.
We accept kids from age 4. Our kids programme (ages 4–12) and teens programme (ages 13–17) both maintain a 7:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Family sessions are available where parents can train in the adult class while kids are in the kids session.
