At High Rollers, our women's sessions provide a comfortable entry point into training, with the same world-class instruction that has produced over 10 world champions. You'll learn real techniques that work in real situations — not theoretical self-defence that falls apart under pressure.
Many women who start in our women-only sessions quickly gain the confidence to train in mixed classes too. But there's no pressure — train in whichever environment you're most comfortable.

Women's Program FAQ
None at all. Most women start with zero martial arts experience. Our women's sessions are specifically designed to be welcoming and accessible for complete beginners.
Our dedicated women's sessions are women-only. You're also welcome to join any of our regular mixed classes at any time — many women do both.
Comfortable athletic clothing — a rash guard and leggings or shorts are ideal for No-Gi. We can provide a loaner gi for Gi classes. Sports bra recommended under your rash guard.
Extremely. BJJ was designed so technique overcomes size and strength. The ground control, escapes, and submissions you learn are directly applicable to real-world scenarios — especially the situations women are most likely to face.
In women-only sessions, you train exclusively with other women. In mixed classes, you may train with men — always in a controlled, respectful environment with coaching supervision.
Any fitness level. BJJ will get you fit — that's part of the benefit. Start where you are and the fitness follows. Don't wait until you feel "ready."
