Frequently Asked
Do I need any experience to try a class?
None at all. Our intro classes are designed specifically for beginners. You'll be paired with experienced training partners who know how to work with newcomers safely.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable activewear — shorts and a rash guard or t-shirt work perfectly. Bring water, a towel and an open mind. We'll provide everything else you need for your first session.
Is it safe? I've never done martial arts before.
Absolutely. BJJ is one of the safest martial arts to train. Your safety is our top priority, especially for new students. Our coaches monitor every class to ensure a controlled, positive experience.
What happens after my free trial?
After your class we'll chat about your goals, answer any questions, and walk you through our membership options. There's no pressure — we just want you to love it as much as we do.
