Perfectly fine. Many of our students have never played organised sport before starting BJJ. Because we have up to 7 instructors per kids class, beginners get plenty of individual attention without feeling lost or overwhelmed.

Just comfortable activewear — a t-shirt, shorts or trackpants, and bare feet. No gi or uniform needed for the trial class. If your child decides to join, we'll guide you through purchasing the right equipment.
