North Strathfield sits at the heart of the Inner West corridor — accessible from Burwood (10 min), Concord (5 min), Strathfield (5 min), Homebush (7 min), and further afield via the M4 motorway or T1 Western Line train.
The T1 Western Line runs directly to North Strathfield Station, which is a 3-minute walk from our gym. Trains run frequently from Strathfield, Burwood, the City, and all western suburbs. If you're coming from Drummoyne or the northern Inner West, bus routes connect to Strathfield Station where you can take the train one stop.
